Signature Lawn Service
We offer professional mowing service with an attention to detail you do not see often enough in this industry. Our Signature Plan includes weekly service with extra attention paid to trimming & edging for a high class look. Service is invoiced Monthly with an autopay option available so you can truly set and forget your lawn service. We use PayPal and Stripe for online payment. Cash and Check also accepted. Note, we do not offer 10 day service schedules. Biweekly service available for suitable properties. We strongly recommend weekly service for proper turf care. We will skip weekly service as necessary during periods of extreme drought.
Soil Optimization
Is your lawn lacking that deep green color? Is it easily impacted by heat and drought? Do weeds seem worse than before? Are you fertilizing the lawn but not seeing the results you want or used to get? Are you looking for a way to enhance your lawn’s health and beauty without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, Soil Optimization could be your answer.
A healthy and beautiful lawn starts with the soil. Our Soil Optimization service utilizes a combination of limestone, humates, bio char, and trace minerals to correct the soil pH, enhance nutrient bioavailability, improve moisture retention, and correct common mineral deficiencies in turf grass. Expect to see results in as soon as two weeks with full results in 6-8 weeks. Soil Optimization can be performed anytime and we recommend up to 3 applications per season. Ideal application times are October, April, and July. No fertilizer or herbicides are required to see results, but if you have a treatment plan in place, our Soil Optimization service will greatly enhance the effectiveness of these existing treatments. Aeration & Over Seeding Service
Did you know that Aeration & Over Seeding is, second only to proper mowing, the number one thing you can do to promote a robust and beautiful lawn? This service relieves soil compaction and promotes stronger root systems. Over Seeding increases genetic diversity in your lawn while providing a source of young grass shoots which grow and reproduce faster than older grass shoots. The following Spring after Aeration you will notice a thicker lawn with more vitality. Your lawn will now be even more resistant to the stresses of weeds, insects, disease, and drought.
For ultimate results, pair aeration with our Soil Optimization service. This will allow the soil amendments applied during Soil Optimization to better penetrate and incorporate into your existing soil. Aeration can be performed without over seeding. In fact, we strongly recommend over seeding in September – October only. Aeration with Soil Optimization can be performed anytime March – November.

We provide residential and commercial cold water Soft Wash service for Siding, Windows, Decks, Fences, Patios, and Fleet Vehicles. Pressure Washing for concrete and masonry side walks, patios, and drives. Our #1 Priority is cleaning your property in a low impact manner. Contact us to discuss your property washing needs. Currently, we do not offer washing services for stone, brick, or wood sided homes. This does not include homes that are primarily sided with vinyl, aluminum, or composite siding and have brick, stone, or wood accents / chimneys.
